Canvas Print Lepidopterology
Paper butterflies lift from an open book and vanish into darkness. A quietly poetic scene for bedrooms, reading corners and home offices.
Dozens of butterflies cut from text-covered book pages rise out of an open volume and drift upward in a loose spiral. Warm side light shapes their cream-coloured paper wings and keeps the lettering on them legible, while the weathered wooden background sinks into deep brown-black. The low viewpoint adds lift, and the contrast between pale pages and shadow feels almost theatrical.
Above a sofa, beside a bookcase or in a study, the scene settles in beautifully. It suits Scandinavian calm, classic interiors and darker colour schemes alike, quieting the eye and lending even a small wall a sense of narrative depth.
A quiet scene that stirs the imagination and makes a room feel calmer.
